Lanvin ♥ H&M| The AUCTION!!!

Fashionistas came out in the hundreds to H&M last Saturday to purchase their favorite pieces at the public debut of the Lanvin <3 H&M collection.

I must admit, that day started a bit rocky for me. I first went to the H&M store at the corner of 5th & 42nd street but, to my disappointment they were not carrying any of the pieces at that location. I then journeyed to the stores at both 34th and 6th and 34th and 7th and struggled to find the leftover pieces that the vultures  fashionistas had left behind.

At the end of it all, I left with a black cardigan and dress shoes for work =)

But for all of you ladies that couldn't get a wristband to wait in line or if you just arrived too late, there is still hope! Alber is re-tweaking each of the womenswear looks and turning them into couture treasures! You will be able to purchase the reworked items from the auction taking place on this site. You can be fashionable and help children all over the world by being a winning bidder! All proceeds from the auction will go to benefit UNICEF.

All about the MEN| Lanvin ♥ H&M Lookbook!

For all you guys that have been wondering about the menswear collection; have no fear, Lanvin is here! Below I have posted pictures from the lookbook of the menswear collection which features about 25 pieces of clothing and 10 accessories. 

I was so worried at first that there would not be many pieces for men but I'm definitely glad that I was wrong! There are many pieces in the collection that were not featured in the video which I posted on Monday. From T-Shirts to dress shoes and blazers to bow ties, Lanvin has created something for every type of man for every occasion. 

See you in line at H&M on November 20th! (23rd in some stores)

OMG! Lanvin ♥ H&M| FULL VIDEO PREVIEW!

"Oh My God!" utters the two ladies repeatedly whilst walking down the hotel hallway and noticing that they are both wearing the exactly same FABULOUS Lanvin for H&M dress.

This much anticipated video (which I have of course posted below) depicts all the wonderful pieces from Alber Elbaz that we can pick up from H&M later this month! I was hoping that there would be more pieces for men but I will definitely be purchasing the HUGH signature Alber bow tie as soon as it makes its debut!

...."Affordable Couture", an oxymoron that I can't wait to experience....

3 words| Lanvin for H&M!!!

Yesterday was a symbolic day! Not because September 1st officially ended summer, nor because it was the day that I learn't of Paris Hilton's coke[head] arrest, but because it was made official that luxury fashion label Lanvin is producing a collection to be sold at H&M!

It was such a shocker that Lanvin, being the longest established and one of the most prestigious French fashion houses would team up with H&M, but Creative Director of the label Alber Elbaz made it pretty clear that Lanvin will not be producing a "dress for less" collection for H&M so expect prices to still be pretty high!
